the event hosting space offers elegance with beautiful decor and ambiance. the billing mishaps were really frustrating and took time to resolve.

The hotel is wonderful and spotless, the staff are truly wonderful, location is amazing to The Valley. It has perfectly clean rooms with climate control, a personal safe, and a private safe. They serve outstanding food, have variety of options to choose from. The venue provides a friendly service...

The free parking was on-site, EFFICIENT service.

i loved how just a few steps from the hotel led me to unique shops and good cafes, making it super easy to explore the area, and it's also less than a 5-minute walk to clemson university, which has beautiful grounds and great places to stroll around.

Issues with billing and charges really need to be cleared up!!! The lack of fitness facilities is surprising for a hotel of this caliber. It would be nice to have more options available for active guests as well!!!

The bathroom was luxurious with a spacious walk-in shower. Clean rooms and a great location. Loved wandering around Patrick Square with its unique shops!

great amenities but a few issues

The inn felt very new and super clean. The walk-in shower in the spacious bathroom offered a luxurious experience. The easy access to various restaurants in the area made it convenient for our family to explore dining options. The unique shops nearby added a charming touch to our stay.

The lack of breakfast options was a letdown.

I loved having cozy evenings with the peaceful ambiance and the delicious morning treats waiting for us. The hot tub was perfect for unwinding, and we also enjoyed lounging by the gorgeous pool area. One small thing, though, I wished there were more coffee options in the room. ☕️

Comfy beds, great wi-fi, parking was tight though.

The bed was super comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. The walk-in shower felt luxurious. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and treats in the morning. The service was attentive when I had requests ☕️

The setting is lovely, with nearby shops and eateries offering convenient options. The bed provided an excellent sleep experience, and the spacious bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower was a highlight. On the downside, the lack of breakfast choices and limited coffee options in the room were disappointing. Parking was also quite tight, which could be a hassle during busier periods.

As youngsters, we loved the super comfy bed and the beautiful setting of the inn. the morning hospitality coffee was a nice touch.

Felt truly spoilt, nothing too much trouble.

The property was spotlessly clean, and the staff was truly wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay, especially in my double room. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was bright and welcoming. the hotel is in a marvelous location, close to the downtown area and nearby lakes. I appreciated the convenience of having Dunkin' just a 15-minute walk away for coffee. the excellent service enhanced the beauty of the venue, and I also took advantage of the convenient on-site parking.
